The Decor Designers have been chosen for World Balloon Convention 2021! From amongst the 24 submissions from 15 countries, Qualatex chose one person each for the Theme Party Designer and the Grand Gala Party designer. It was a very close and difficult decision! Applicants were asked to submit representations of their work and some detail about their business.
