About Lucy
Lucy has been in the balloon industry for 22 years and has a passion for balloon education. Throughout this time she ran her own balloon business and taught part time
balloon artistry courses at Capel Manor College together as an instructor for Qualatex across the UK and Europe. Lucy now works for Pioneer full time as a trainer and loves the variety of her role, enabling her to pass on the knowledge she has acquired over the years.
