About Amanda
I am a CBA and owner of Top Hat Balloon Werks, established in 1998. I promote the balloon industry by presenting instructional classes nationally and internationally in balloon decor and business. I have also served as Executive Producer of the West Coast Event & Balloon Arts Convention. I have enjoyed teaching at four of the World Balloon Conventions and for many industry distributors, including Conwin, Joker Party Supply, Mayflower Distributing, Western/Westwinds, and at Balloon Camp 2007 and 2008. I have competed and won at such events as FLOAT, the IBA Convention, and Balloon Camp. I am a long-standing member and activist of both the IBA and local SoCal QBN Chapter.

Yard Art has always been around but now, more than ever, it's a business sustaining income. Drive-by outdoor celebrations are fun and safe for all occasions whether it's a graduation, birthday, anniversary or just to brighten someone's day. Amanda will create some fun, air-filled designs that will transform any "yard" into an exciting party zone and will cover tips for making sure your outdoor decor is secure and worth every penny.
