About Cindi
Balloons Instead opened in 1985 as a partnership balloon consignment and delivery company. In 1990 my husband Tim and I took over Balloons Instead to develop a more creative party and decor business, specializing in centerpiece design, floral, and event services. I began teaching in 1998 for local balloon distributors and fell in love with sharing what I've learned over the years! I am a professional singer as well, so I am extremely comfortable fronting a room of eager and creative minds.
