About Eloisa
My experience in the world of balloons began in 2005 when I was asked to make a catalog that included balloon decorations and when I attended my first convention in Mexico. There I met the master Alberto Falcone who has influenced my work of decoration with balloons. I love this wonderful art of balloons, and I decided to continue taking courses and become a CBA. Later, I had the opportunity to attend many conventions and learn much more. Balloons have been my passion during all these years! I have taken courses in San Jose del Cabo with the distributor Novedades Shizue. To date, I dedicate to deliveries with home service. I love creating and trying to make each arrangement unique for my clients, and they are happy when receiving it.
