My name is Patty Jacobo, CBA, and my company is Illusion and Art Balloons. I am located in Coachella Valley, California. We take parties and events to the next level! We do elegant decorations, exciting special effects, party themes, weddings, graduations, parades, sweet sixteen, and more. My work has appeared in magazines and on runways! I have been an international instructor and competitor for many years. My class instruction ranges from fashion to centerpieces to columns. I have placed in many international competitions, including at the World Balloon Convention.
